The South Coast Storytellers Guild is your resource for storytelling performances. We offer a variety of programs, some of which are listed below. If you don't see a program that suits your needs, please call (949) 496-1960. We will be happy to tailor a program for you.
Myths of Ancient Greece: Begin at the "beginning" with
the story of how the gods came to be, then enjoy the great love stories
of Greek mythology. 
Around the World with Story: You pick the countries or cultures,
we do the research and perform the stories. Please note, there is
at least one month's lead time required for this program.
Native American Legends and Tales: Creation stories, how things
came to be, legends, songs, and myths from all nations.
Medieval Tales: Romance, laughter and thrills from King Arthur's
time.
Women's Stories from American History: A quilting of stories
from America's past told with a woman's voice: from colonial days to the
gold rush.
Tales of Strong Women: Meet strong women from all over the world
as they slay dragons, rescue princes and generally get the job done, whatever
that job may be!
Civil War: Stories of courage, patriotism, faith and humor from
the Civil War bring history to life.
Legends of the Mexican and Hispanic Southwest: Experience the
rich culture steeped in love of the land, family and religion with tales
of wisdom, inspiration, morals and enchantment.
African Voices: It is from Africa that we have been given stories
rich with action and emotion. Anansi the Spiderman has a storybox and
he is hoping you will open the lid!
